Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of personal information processed by Valzak websites, demos, or messaging assistants.

How to request deletion
Email valzak@valzak.ae with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the channel you used, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, website form, or email, and the identifier we should search for, such as your Instagram username, phone number, email address, or booking reference.
What we delete
When we can verify and locate the data, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your request, including conversation records, contact details, booking details, and related operational records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, backups, or active client agreements. If we cannot delete something immediately, we will explain the reason when possible.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, identity checks, or data held by a client-controlled system may take longer.
Client-controlled systems
If Valzak built or operates an assistant for another business, that business may control the data. We may forward your request to the relevant business or ask you to contact them directly.
